3. Intellectual Property and User Uploads

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement.

  1. User Warranties: By checking the agreement box during sign-up and uploading any image, you strictly represent and warrant that you own the rights to the artwork. You explicitly confirm that the artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
  2. Prohibited Content: You may not upload recognized, copyrighted, or trademarked characters (e.g., franchise characters from movies, television, or comic books). We reserve the right to cancel any generation or order that we suspect violates intellectual property laws.
  3. License to Manufacture: You retain ownership of your original artwork. By submitting it to our platform, you grant S.C.B. Digiworks Limited a limited, non-exclusive license to process, digitize, and manufacture the content into a physical 3D object solely to fulfill your order.

4. Orders, Payments, and Service Limitations

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Because our products are highly personalized, standard e-commerce return frameworks are heavily modified.

  1. Custom Goods Exemption: Under EU Consumer Rights legislation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Because every figure is custom-manufactured based on your artwork, all sales are final upon the commencement of production. We do not offer standard refunds for a "change of mind."
  2. Discretionary Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. We may grant cancellations and full refunds strictly at our own discretion, provided the 3D printing and manufacturing process has not yet commenced.
  3. Defective or Damaged Goods: Risk of loss transfers to you when the item arrives at your specified delivery address. If an item arrives physically broken or genuinely defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a refund or replacement, you are required to provide clear, timestamped photographs of the broken item and the original packaging exactly as it was received.

6. EU Online Dispute Resolution

In compliance with EU regulations, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). This serves as a focal point for the extra-judicial settlement of disputes concerning online sales contracts. You can access the platform at:

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Changes to pricing or token policies will not affect orders that have already been finalized.
